Rawson sold its 10 per cent participating interest in the Udacha block in PRL 26 in the Cooper Basin, South Australia, to Beach Energy for a consideration of $500,000.
Proceeds from the sale of the working interest will be invested in Rawson’s prospective Otway Basin and Papua New Guinea exploration permits.
The Sales and Purchase Agreement was executed on 23 June.
