The small business subscription allows up to 5 users access (and 1 hard copy of PPO Monthly) while the enterprise subscription allows up to 50 users access (and 5 hard copies of PPO Monthly).  Users part of a small business or enterprise subscription must be from the same company.

The PPO Package (PDF) subscription is a full subscription but with PPO Monthly provided by PDF rather than hardcopy.
